Agel Review: Agel was founded in Utah in 2005 by Glen Johnson. Over the years it has developed a wide range of products in gel forms that deliver nutrition benefits with ease. The technology they are using has increased their product numbers from four, when they first began, to over ten currently. Among the products they offer are weight loss aids, energy boosting aids, cardiac health solutions and even skin health solutions as well.

Agel is an MLM company by all means and with these types of companies comes the promise of things like bonuses, trips and brand new cars. What people quickly realize once they become representatives with these MLM companies is that these perks are not as easy to obtain as you might thing. Income potential will greatly vary depending on factors such as the time you dedicate, so everyone’s experience will naturally be different.

Agel offers an attractive compensation plan for its representatives that includes lots of bonuses and other perks. However, based on several reviews from actual reps, many people affiliated with the company feel they could focus a bit more on actually selling the products they offer instead of putting so much emphasis on recruiting new reps. Typically, reps claim to make a lot more money from the actual recruiting side of the business than they do from going out and selling the products themselves.

On the other side of things, Agel does have product formulas that are attractive and fairly easy to sell. They have focused on the high demand markets such as weight loss and skin care to achieve this. They have even added some products to their line that are Kosher certified enabling them to conduct business in a lot of different countries with ease.

Customers, however, would have to purchase large quantities of the products on a monthly basis in order for them to be most effective and many believe this is far to expensive to do. This creates a real problem for reps because they make very little from the actual sale of the products themselves.

The business does provide you with excellent leadership and training, but that training mainly focuses on drawing in new people to the business because the earning potential is so much greater in that area. For those with plenty of contacts this can be a great opportunity.

If you do choose to join Agel an want to get the best out of the experience, you will need to try to discover the things about MLM that your training just doesn’t cover. Try for instance, drawing in new contacts by means of different angels than you would typically use. Using the internet and utilizing your internet marketing skills can also help you to build your customer and recruit base on a worldwide level.
